I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in UX Design and a minor in Computer Science.
Using my experience in both backgrounds, I hope to create a stronger connection between technical departments and the UX process in order to create products that are equally accessible to all.
As a designer, I place a strong emphasis on user-centered design driven by empathy and research. I work in a step-by-step way, involving all stakeholders to ensure that I create experiences that are both easy to use and feasible. Provide UX design consulting for enterprise clients, delivering user-centered web and portal solutions through iterative design and close collaboration with stakeholders to align with business goals.
Spearheaded 4 major UX design projects for our client, including the main customer portal and a referral hub for real estate professionals, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
Owned product management across design implementations, managing Jira backlogs, translating client feedback into user stories, and coordinating sprints to streamline execution and improve team efficiency.
Worked with clients and developers to clarify technical constraints, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure product decisions met business and UX objectives.

Constructed a comprehensive project plan outlining clear milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and regularly met with the director of UM Rec Sports to ensure weekly progress alignment.
Led UX research and analysis for app redesign, employing surveys (over 80 participants), usability tests, and interviews to gather comprehensive qualitative and quantitative data.
Analyzed real-time user interactions to identify areas of concern and usability issues, driving creation of mockups, prototypes, and actionable recommendations.
